Our large open kitchen is a place where our guests can enjoy La Braccesca cooking classes and share pleasant moments of conviviality. Gathering together in the kitchen is another way to experience our estate and its fine wines, and is our way of sharing.   Our chef is an exceptional instructor welcoming guests into a cozy atmosphere and sharing secrets of local traditions.  Long forgotten manual skills return to the kitchen and are the key for typical Tuscan preparations, flavorful, genuine and satisfying.
