The school
In the large open kitchen, guests will prepare fresh Pici pasta and other traditional recipes while sharing moments of conviviality, embracing the Tuscan tradition of cooking and sharing a meal. A unique hands-on experience that brings together the discovery of exceptional cuisine and conviviality while savoring authentic flavors.
La Braccesca’s chef will accompany guests throughout the experience, sharing techniques and customs while revealing local traditions in an authentic setting. The experience is completed by lunch inspired by local cuisine and will be paired with a selection of estate wines.
