The Procacci is located in the heart of downtown Florence on historical and prestigious Via de’ Tornabuoni. This delicatessen style bar was founded in 1885 by Leopoldo Procacci and is widely recognized as one of the oldest gastronomic establishments in town with a historical, artistic and creative legacy.  It gained a widely respected reputation with the local population for its culinary preparations based on truffles.  These little truffle sandwiches became an institution in Florence and have continued to be popular up to present day.   In 1925, the shop’s owner, Leopoldo Procacci, received from King Victor Emmanuel III the Royal Coat of Arms with the Royal Patent. Procacci opened two more shops, one in Vienna in 2006 and one in Milan’s historic city center in 2015, to continue the tradition of promoting regional Tuscan specialties in other corners of the world. The casual setting of our wine bar offers customers the opportunity to enjoy a light aperitif from our superb selection of wines by the glass accompanied by an array of traditional Procacci panini.  Our wine list includes specially selected iconic Marchesi Antinori wines that are available by the glass.   Visit the web site of Procacci Firenze CONTACTS: Via Tornabuoni, 64/r 50123, Firenze Tel: +39 055 211656 procacci@antinori.it Open from Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
