PRIVACY POLICY FOR WINERY VISITS Dear Visitor, Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 regarding the GDPR, Legislative Decree 196/2003 and amended Legislative Decree 101/2018, please be advised that the Personal Data you provide when booking a visit to our Winery will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner to safeguard your privacy. How we will use your Personal Data and Legal Basis for Processing a) Managing your booking and Winery visit
  • Purpose: organize and manage your visit to our Winery, fulfill contractual and legal obligations directly related to the requested visit.
  • Legal Basis for Processing: Implement contractual and pre-contractual processing (Art.6, para. 1, letter B of the GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art.6, para.1, letter C of the GDPR).
  • Providing your Personal Data is optional, however it is necessary in order to proceed with the booking.
b) Sending by email promotional communications (soft spam)
  • Purpose: To send promotional communications by email related to products or services already purchased (for example events, new experiences, special promotions at the Winery and special offers for purchasing wine), to send you Antinori’s newsletter, invitations to exclusive events, private promotions, updates regarding the Winery and Marchesi Antinori in general, also through the website www.26generazioni.com.
  • Legal Basis for Processing: legitimate interest pursued by the Controller (Art.6, para.1, letter F of the GDPR) and article 130, para. 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (soft spam), unless Data Subject has objected to this processing.
  • Providing your explicit consent is not necessary however, you can object and/or revoke your consent for this purpose at any time.
DATA PROCESSING Personal data will be processed with electronic and/or hardcopy methods by trained and authorized personnel that comply with technical and organizational measures appropriate to protect the safety and confidentiality of your personal data.
