Bottega di Passignano and Osteria di Passignano
The shop was opened in 1995 and is the only one to sell all the Antinori products directly to customers. It stocks all the Antinori wines including older labels, and some of the company’s specialities. The shop was the first part of the large Osteria to be renovated and opened. An old plaque still records the local farms’ livestock census and there is also a 19th century safe. The shop is situated inside the Osteria di Passignano, Michelin starred from 2007, where young chefs give a new and original interpretation to classic traditional dishes.
